Industrial New York is a project by Phasor Engineering
Consultants, a non-profit group of engineers and artists based in
Rochester, NY. We make detailed inspections of industrial and infrastructure
locations in New York City and Rochester, NY. Our reports address
structural stability, history, cultural and community significance.
Using this website, we aim to show the public some of the off-limit
urban locations where we conduct our important research.
