This is one of those places that people pass everyday without noticing. We entered through the large gaps between the fence gates and through an unlocked door. Inside was just an empty warehouse with snowmelt flodding much of the floor. A few interesting items caught out attention such as silk flowers from the store down the street and a large cheese hanging from the ceiling. I'd say the cheese was the most notable item.
