We entered this facility in response to a bulletin issued by the New Jersey Building Safety Commission. NJBSC stated that there were several fire extingushers that no longer met current safety guidelines and must be dischanged to prevent possible malfunction during a fire emergency. Our firm was contracted to perform the required task of emptying the non-compliant fire extingushers. Upon entering the building, we found that there was very little fire hazard to begin with since the building was empty. On 25 May 2005, we issued our final disposition report to the NJBSC stating that every floor was cleared and the roof had been surveyed.
